The machine automatic dereeling,straighten, press,
pull and cut wire
2. Machine detail content
1) Automatic wire feeding dereeling device which can feed or stop
to feed wire
with sensor,when wire was press, sensor can detect and feed wire,
when there is no wire, pause to feed
2) Wire straighten device with X,Y two direction guide wheel
straightening mechanism, so when wire is pulled at same time
straighten
3) Pull wire device consist of pull press wire mechanism and pull
wire
mechanism. The pull press wire cylinder and press fixture are
assembled on
slideway, the servo motor for feeding wire and ball screw rod work
together to
pull wire, length of wire pulled can be set on touch screen
4) Cutting device composed of cut press wire mechanism and cut
mechanism,
To prevent wire vibrate, use press cylinder and press tooling to
fix the wire,cut the wire with four cutters, at same time remove
burr during cutting
5) Wire bend device , the wire bend press cylinder press the wire,
then
Bend cylinder move gear to bend, after bend loose bend press
cylinder,
bend cylinder return, feed wire to needed length again
(If your wire length is long, so two times feeding is required),
Then cut wire and unload automatically
