1. Wave winding machine operation process

• Tread wire
• Adjust winding form as per required winding parameters.
• Press start button, machine will automatically do winding process.
• Unload winding form and transfer it to coil inserting station.

2. Station introduction

• Automatically wire feeding
• The screen can monitor all operation state of wave winding machine.
• Fast tooling change design within 20 min.
• The locking mechanism of winding form is a quick disassemble device, easy to operate.
• The wire feeding length can be set accordingly. It is of high precision.
• Separate winding for odd layer and even layer winding
• Winding cycle is 46-60s/pc

3. Machine configuration

Remark

Due to different winding method, one wave winding machine is quite enough for winding 4X6T,

while two wave winding machines required to do 5X5T winding(8 parallel winding) to meet the required shift productivity.

It means one wave winding machine should change tooling if wind 5X5T stators.
