The armature tester WIND-ATS-02 belt spin is for automatical
positioning the armature slot,
as you may see some universal armatures have obvious slots for
positioning while starter armature
don't have obvious slot groove for positioning,
If without the automatical positioning, the operator need to
position armature on purpose every time he
load on the armature.
