Slotless Winding Consist of 4 machines with below function and
process
1. Automatic winding
2. Hot press flattening
3. Pre-forming
4. Round forming
In which the most challenging processes are not winding itself,
but the subsequent hot pressing, round forming(upper/lower
corner-forming) process
which ultimately determine the dimensional accuracy and motor
performance.
Winding method and winding process can be widerly applided to
handle below windings
1. Straight winding
The winding process forming a concentrate winding process
Winding process, enameled wire first wound on a forming mold
according to the required turns,
And then shaped into a full winding on a wire-laying mandrel,
Adhesive is applied at both ends to solidify the coil structure
2. Slanted Winding (Concentric)
This method features wires tilted at a certain angle relative to
the armature axis
This design allows continous winding, improving coil density and
magnetic performance
3. Saddle Winding
